


Coaching Programme
The benefit of Life Coaching is that You, as the Client, will have a positive companion, which you can draw strength and comfort from during your journey. As your Life Coach, my goal is to facilitate progress in the specified area(s) you need assistance with, whilst always keeping your personal growth in mind.
The coaching program is a 6 - 10 hour program.
Below is an outline of what to expect when you book life coaching sessions:
Session 1: (30 – 45 minutes)

Examine any challenges/roadblocks you are currently facing.

Goal Construction: analyse and refine into tangible, well-defined, and realistic goals, be it personal and/or professional.
Session 2 – 10: (60 minutes)
(Clients are always free to decide on their own number of sessions, however, I would recommend a minimum of six (6) sessions, as this will cover the necessary coaching required, designed to provide clients a sound foundation to work from. Clients will have options to continue sessions either face-to-face or telephonically)
